Key Responsibilities
- Build and scale a high-quality pipeline of advertisers and partners to grow Krave & inDrive Ads revenue.
- Develop strategic relationships with brands, agencies, and media buyers actively investing in digital and retail media.
- Drive adoption of in-app advertising solutions, including sponsored listings, display inventory, performance ads, and integrated campaigns.
- Unlock new revenue streams across categories including FMCG, Food, Restaurants, Fashion, Auto, Real Estate, Entertainment, and emerging joytainment segments.
- Identify, structure, and close innovative ad deals, including bundled offerings across in-app and offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate closely with product, data, and marketing teams to design and execute measurable, high-ROI campaigns.
- Leverage first-party data and user insights to deliver targeted, performance-driven solutions for advertisers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in media sales, partnerships, or business development, preferably within digital platforms, e-commerce, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of retail media, performance marketing, and app-based advertising ecosystems.
- Established network across brands, agencies, and key industry stakeholders in Pakistan.
- Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close high-value partnerships.
- Strong commercial acumen with a track record of revenue growth and scaling new business lines.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to build and scale from 0 → 1.
