Job Description:

• Refine roadmap and prioritize requirements based on urgency and impact.
• Design & create technical documentation describing solutions.
• Create test plans with QA.
• Ensure timely communication to relevant tech/vendor teams in case of performance or stability issues.
• Ensure timely & accurate bug reporting to relevant teams.
• E commerce experience is an advantage but not required.
