Lead end-to-end redesign and implementation of core business processes, including Order-to-Cash (sales & revenue cycle), Procure-to-Pay (vendor & purchasing cycle), Inventory Management & Warehouse Flows, and Treasury & Cash Management.
Align business processes with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and ensure transactions are executed through systems rather than spreadsheets.
Collaborate closely with technology and ERP teams to configure workflows, controls, and system-driven processes.
Strengthen internal controls by implementing Segregation of Duties (SoD), Delegation of Authority (DoA), maker-checker & reconciliation controls.
Ensure clean, accurate, and structured data flows into the ERP system to support operational efficiency.
Eliminate manual reporting dependencies and support the development of automated MIS reports and dashboards.
Drive organization-wide adoption of new processes and systems through effective change management initiatives.
Train stakeholders, enforce compliance, and ensure adherence to newly implemented workflows and controls.
Challenge legacy practices, identify inefficiencies, and manage resistance to change in order to improve business operations.
Qualifications & Experience:
Qualified professional with CA / ACCA / CFA / MBA (Finance or Operations).
5–8 years of relevant experience in business process improvement, transformation, and operational excellence initiatives.
Hands-on experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, or similar systems.
Prior experience in e-commerce, retail, logistics, or other high-volume transactional environments will be preferred.
Demonstrated experience in driving successful implementation of business processes and operational improvements from design through execution.
