Content & Community Specialist

Job Description:

• Write engaging social media captions, posts, and campaign copy
• Create high-performing Push Notifications (PNs) to drive app engagement
• Plan and execute weekly/monthly content calendars
• Shoot and create short-form videos (Reels)
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and community conversations
• Identify trending content formats, memes, and viral opportunities
• Collaborate with designers and the marketing team on campaign execution
• Support campaigns, giveaways, and brand collaborations
• Track basic content performance and share insights

Skills Required:

• Bachelor’s in business administration/media sciences or similar field
• 6-18 months experience in content, social media, or digital marketing
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Urdu
• Ability to write short, punchy push notifications (PNs)
• Understanding of Instagram, TikTok, and digital trends
• Comfortable shooting and creating reels using a smartphone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced content environment
